Return Policy

Project Reclaim are happy to accept returns and cancellations under the following circumstances:

  • Project Reclaim must be contacted by email within: 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be dispatched back to us within: 30 days of receiving the item.

You will need to cover the delivery charge for returned items, we recommend using an online courier comparison site. Alternatively items can be returned in person.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us in the condition it was received with its original packaging. We cannot accept returned items that have been tampered with, altered or misused. 

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you details on how to return your order. Items sent back to us without a return first requested, will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns, unless an item is proved to be faulty.

As all our furniture is handmade to order, returned or exchanged items will receive a 75% refund. This is to help cover labour, material and courier costs incurred. We cannot accept returns for any bespoke orders.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 5 days from the date of purchase. After 5 days, only 75% of the total amount is eligible for a refund. 

Damages 
Please inspect your order as soon as it has been delivered and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged. (We can’t guarantee a replacement or refund if we’re notified outside of this timeframe, due to third party shipping providers T&Cs).

Leg Exchanges
We can only accept legs for exchange after delivery in a black finish. They must be returned unused and in the original packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. 

Please note:
Items that are returned damaged will be subject up to a 100% ‘loss of value’ fee. We will provide photo evidence so you can make a claim with your courier
