As all our furniture is handmade to order, full payment is required up front. Once you’ve made an order we will purchase the necessary materials needed to build your piece and added it to the queue.
On occasion we can offer shortened lead times for select items and sizes.
This will bring the lead time down to 1-2 weeks and costs £89.

The Workshop
We don’t have a showroom. But you’re welcome to come to our workshop and see what we’re currently building. We’re usually there Mon-Fri between 0800 and 1500. Get in touch to arrange a suitable time.

Furniture - FAQs
Choosing the right finish for your reclaimed wood furniture is an important decision, and we know buying online can be difficult, so that’s why we offer wood samples for all our available finishes. You will receive an off cut of the wood we use for our furniture, with your selected wood colour sample.

If there’s a size you’re after not listed, choose the next size up and leave a message in the checkout notes for the size you’re after. Drop us an email beforehand to check if this is possible.
Drop us an email with your specs, designs, sketches or pictures of similar products, and anything else, that you think will help with us creating your vision.
We’re more than happy to provide custom finishes to our furniture. Drop us a message with the finish you’re after.
There will be an additional charge to cover the costs of the finish you’re after.
We’ve got a wide range of hairpin colours available in a variety of sizes. These are available to buy across our range of furniture.
Shelves
You certainly can, drop us a message with the size and style of brackets required, and we’ll send you a quote.
Our floating shelves are best suited for brick and solid walls.

Our floating shelves and industrial bracket shelves can hold up to 35kg when correctly installed onto appropriate walls.

After purchasing, an invoice will be automatically sent to the email supplied when ordering.
It may of gone into your spam, so please check your junk folder. And our email to your contacts / whitelist our email to avoid any further correspondence going into your spam folder.
A password reset email will only come through if you registered for an account at the time of purchasing.
If you checked out as a guest, an email won’t be sent!
Delivery & Orders
All our dining tables and other furniture with legs are delivered disassembled for easier transportation and so it’s less prone to damage.
You will need a Phillips screwdriver or drill to attach the legs into pre-drilled holes. It’s very easy!

As all our furniture is handmade to order, we’re busy making your furniture and aiming to get it shipped out to you within the estimated lead time at time of booking. Please see the store banner at the top of our website for current lead times.
Once it’s ready for shipping, your order will be changed to ‘complete’ and you will receive an email with tracking details.
As some orders can take up to several weeks to build, the status will remain as ‘processing’ throughout this stage.
Once your order is complete and ready for shipping you will receive an email with despatch info and tracking number. We usually issue this email ahead of the item being collected from our workshop. See the shipped date on the completion email for when your order has been booked to be collected from our workshop.

Check your junk folder and please add us to your email contacts and/or whitelist our email to avoid any further emails into going into your junk folder.
*Please understand that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and shipping/collection dates are estimates only.
If the tracking info supplied to your order doesn’t work straight away, please keep checking as the tracking usually only starts once the item has been collected from our workshop. We usually add the tracking number to your order a couple of days in advance of it being collected from us, to give you a heads up that it’s ready.
We certainly do, drop us a message with the furniture and size’s you’re after and we’ll provide a quote.
Orders placed outside of the UK will be subject to longer lead times, custom fees if applicable and a delivery charge.
We send detailed instructions on how to assemble each piece of the furniture your end.

Aftercare
To keep your furniture clean, dust regularly with a soft cloth. Remove sticky marks with a cloth wrung out in a warm, mild solution of soapflakes (Alternatively, a damp cloth will suffice), taking care not to over-wet. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid furniture poish or any sprays with bleach as this will take the wax off. Further info available here.
We use Fiddes wax for our forest, rugger and dark rustic wax finishes. For the medium brown we use Briwax and for the lime wax finish, it’s Liberon.
Whilst the clear finish can be topped up with a boiled linseed oil.
