Delivery options

Standard Delivery:  Free delivery available on all orders over £100. £10 charge for those under. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, between 0700 and 1800. 

AM and Saturday Delivery: Further options available during checkout from £15.

Expedited Delivery: Depending on availability, we may be able to offer a shortened lead time of 1-2 weeks for an additional £89. Drop us an email for our current availability.

Click & Collect: A small discount will be automatically applied to your order during checkout. Collections can be picked up from our workshop here.

Delivery to the following areas also available during checkout for an additional charge: Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands and  Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland. 

Delivery options

Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £50. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, between 0700 and 1800.

Delivery estimates

Orders are typically despatched within 2-8 weeks* from point of purchase. Smaller items will be available sooner. Get in touch or check out the store banner at the top of the page for all the latest processing times.

Deliveries will be made by courier service, once your order has been marked as dispatched a tracking number will be attached to your order.

Bespoke orders or more complex pieces, delivery times may be extended.

Receiving your order

The courier will deliver “kerb side”, which means that the courier is not obligated to assist in moving items into a home or commercial premises. 

For large items such as dining tables, desks and TV stand box units, it is recommended that 2 strong people take delivery to make sure that items can be moved easily.

Tables and desks will arrive flat packed and will require some light assembly. You will need a Phillips screwdriver or drill to attach the legs. It’s very easy! 

Delivery Exclusion

Please get in touch before ordering if you need any of furniture delivered to the following locations; Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and British Forces Post Office addresses.

Couriers 

DHL
Our primary courier is DHL with orders shipped via their next working day delivery service. Once the item has been collected, the courier will contact you directly with a timeframe and further delivery options.

 

Royal Mail / Parcel Force
For small to medium sized items we use these couriers via a 24-48 hour delivery service, once the item has been collected from our workshop. (Exc. weekends & bank holidays).
 
BJS 

The delivery company will contact you directly via email/phone to arrange a suitable day for delivery, between the hours of 0700 – 2100. One day prior to delivery, a 3-hour delivery window will then be sent to you. Additionally the courier will also ring 30 mins to 1 hour prior to arriving on the day of delivery. 

The delivery company will only attempt one delivery, so you must be present at the property during the agreed upon timeframe. If no one is present to accept the goods, it will be returned to the courier depot to await further instruction. Any further delivery attempts will incur an extra delivery charge at the customers expense. 

Once a delivery date has been agreed upon, amendments can be made up until 1pm a working day before the delivery date, amendments after the 1pm cut off will incur an extra delivery charge. 

Tracking link not working?

If the tracking info supplied to your order doesn’t work straight away, please keep checking as the tracking usually only starts once the item has been collected from our workshop.

And we usually add the tracking number to your order a couple of days in advance of it being collected from us, to give you a heads up that it’s ready.
