Delivery Information

Christmas Lead Times

LARGE ORDERS (Tables, desks etc.) PLACED BY 30th NOVEMBER WILL BE DELIVERED BY CHRISTMAS.
Orders placed after this date may still arrive.

Standard Delivery:  Free delivery available on all orders over £100. There will be a £10 charge for all those under. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, between 0700 and 1800. 

AM and Saturday Delivery: Further options available during checkout from £15.

Expedited Delivery: Depending on availability, we may be able to offer a shortened lead time of 1-2 weeks for an additional £59. Drop us an email for our current availability.

Collect: A small discount will be automatically applied to your order during checkout. Collections can be picked up from our workshop here.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Non UK Mainland Delivery: A small charge is applicable to cover the extra courier costs to deliver to these areas.

Delivery options

Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £50. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, between 0700 and 1800.

AM & Saturday Deliveries: Further options are available during check out for morning and weekend deliveries. 

Expedited Delivery: Depending on availability, we may be able to offer a shortened lead time of 1-2 weeks for an additional £89. Drop us an email for our current availability.

Click & Collect: A small discount will be automatically applied to your order during checkout. Our workshop is based here.

Delivery estimates

Orders are typically despatched within 2-8 weeks* from point of purchase. Smaller items will be available sooner. Check out the store banner at the top of our website for the current lead times.

A courier service will make deliveries once your order has been marked as dispatched, and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Bespoke orders or more complex pieces, delivery times may be extended.

Receiving your order

The courier will deliver “kerb side”, which means that the courier is not obligated to assist in moving items into a home or commercial premises. 

Two people should help the delivery driver when bringing in large items such as dining tables, desks, and TV stand box units, so that they can be easily moved into your home.

Tables and desks will arrive flat packed and will require some light assembly. You will need a Phillips screwdriver or drill to attach the legs. It’s very easy! 

International Delivery

We can do UK wide delivery, drop us an email with the piece of furniture you’re after  and the size. So we can provide a quote.

Orders placed outside of the UK will be subject to longer lead times, custom fees if applicable and a delivery charge.

Delivery Exclusion

Please get in touch before ordering if you need any of furniture delivered to the following locations; Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and British Forces Post Office addresses.

Couriers 

DHL
Our primary courier is DHL with orders shipped via their next working day delivery service. After collecting the item, the courier will contact you with a timeframe and further delivery options.

 

Royal Mail / Parcel Force
We use these couriers for delivering small to medium sized items within a 24-48 hours timeframe, after collecting the items from our workshop. (Exc. weekends & bank holidays).
 
BJS 

The delivery company will contact you directly via email/phone to arrange a suitable day for delivery, between the hours of 0700 – 2100. Three hours before delivery, you will be sent a delivery window. Additionally the courier will also ring 30 mins to 1 hour prior to arriving on the day of delivery. 

The delivery company will only attempt one delivery, so you must be present at the property during the agreed upon timeframe. If no one is present to accept the goods at the agreed time, they will be returned to the courier depot.Any further delivery attempts will incur an extra delivery charge at the customers expense. 

When you agree on a delivery date, you can make amendments up until 1pm a working day prior without incurring an extra charge. Any amendments made after the 1pm cut off will result in an additional delivery charge.

Tracking link not working?

Once the item has been collected from our workshop, it will activate the tracking link. Check it regularly if it doesn’t appear right away.
