Our sustainability pledge: Every piece of furniture that you can find on this site is built by hand, using minimal power tools and locally sourced products.
We’re committed to using reclaimed wood and upcycled materials, turning them into new, beautiful timeless pieces of furniture. Whether it’s creating regular pieces or bespoke items, we always give the same amount of attention and care to everything we make.
By using discarded and pre-used materials, we are doing our bit to prevent waste and be eco-friendly.
We use high quality wax or stain to finish off the pieces, and there are a variety of options (for colours, legs, etc) that you can choose from to make your furniture suit your style.
What Is Sustainability?
The most common definition of sustainability comes from the 1987 Brundtland Commission report for the United Nations. It defines the concept as “meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”
Which is why we only use reclaimed scaffold boards for all our furniture, sourced from the local wood store.
