Return Policy

Project Reclaim are happy to accept returns and cancellations under the following circumstances:

  • Project Reclaim must be contacted by email within: 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned back to us within: 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us in the condition it was received with its original packaging. We cannot accept returned items that have been tampered with, altered or misused. You will need to cover the delivery charge for returned items, we recommend using an online courier comparison site. Alternatively items can be returned in person. Inadequate packaging may result in “loss of value” fees.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you details on how to return your order. Items sent back to us without a return first requested, will not be accepted. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

  • Returned items will receive a 75% refund of the item price to help cover labour, material, and handling costs. Please note that all shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 2 days from the date of purchase. After this, 75% of the total amount is eligible for a refund. You will not be able to cancel, amend or return your order once the 2 days has passed.

Damages
Please inspect your order as soon as it has been delivered and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged. (We can’t guarantee a replacement or refund if we’re notified outside of this timeframe, due to third party shipping providers T&Cs).

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on amended items, custom products, bespoke designs or personalised items. 

  • Customised items including; Parasol Hole, Cable Holes, Waney Edge, Breadboard Ends or Oval Ends.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or multi-buy discounts.
  • Trade orders: You will not be able to cancel, amend or return your trade order once the 7 days has passed.
