Large items (Tables, Desks etc); Order by Midnight Sunday 16th November for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

Project Reclaim cannot be held responsible for any delays or missed deadlines that are out of our hands, such as couriers etc.
Standard Delivery: Free delivery available on all orders over £100, Mon-Fri, between 0800 and 2000.
AM and Saturday Delivery: Weekend delivery options available during checkout.
Expedited Delivery: Depending on availability, we may be able to offer a shortened lead time of 1-2 weeks for an additional £79.
Collect: Collections can be picked up from our workshop here. A small discount will be automatically applied to your order during checkout.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Non UK Mainland Delivery: A small charge is applicable to cover the extra courier costs to deliver to these areas.

So that we can provide an accurate shipping quote, send us an email with the following information; Item Required, Size(s), Quantity and Delivery Address.
Customs & Duties
- EU Orders: All taxes prepaid – no additional fees on delivery.
- Non-EU Orders: Customer responsible for all customs fees, tariffs, and taxes applied after purchase.
Lead Times
Check out the store banner at the top of our website for our latest lead times. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-8 weeks*.
Certain items, bespoke orders and complex pieces, may require longer lead times depending on availability.
*Please understand that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, all lead times and delivery dates are estimates only. Project Reclaim cannot be held responsible for any delays or missed deliveries by our couriers.
What Happens Next?
Once we’ve received your order, we will purchase all the necessary materials and make a start on your furniture.
We will update you further once your order is ready for shipping.
Receiving your order
Once your order is ready for shipping, we will provide you with tracking information. Once collected, a third party courier service will email you directly with further delivery options.
The courier will deliver “kerb side”, which means that the courier is not obligated to assist in moving items into a home or commercial premises.
Two people should help the delivery driver when bringing in large items such as dining tables, desks, and TV stand box units, so that they can be easily moved into your home.
Your furniture will arrive flat packed and will require some light assembly. Instructions will be provided. We highly recommend unwrapping your furniture from the packaging straight away to give the wood time to settle into your home and avoid any potential warping etc.
Please note the courier will attempt to deliver a limited number of times. Customers are responsible for any further delivery charges incurred.
Couriers
The delivery company will contact you directly via email/phone to arrange a suitable day for delivery, between the hours of 0700 – 2100. Three hours before delivery, you will be sent a delivery window. Additionally the courier will also ring 30 mins to 1 hour prior to arriving on the day of delivery.
The delivery company will only attempt one delivery, so you must be present at the property during the agreed upon timeframe. If no one is present to accept the goods at the agreed time, they will be returned to the courier depot.Any further delivery attempts will incur an extra delivery charge at the customers expense.
When you agree on a delivery date, you can make amendments up until 1pm a working day prior without incurring an extra charge. Any amendments made after the 1pm cut off will result in an additional delivery charge.
Tracking link not working?
Once the item has been collected from our workshop, it will activate the tracking link. Check it regularly if it doesn’t appear right away.
